Throughout her career, Allie has pursued advanced training across diverse disciplines, integrating evidence-based therapies with complementary and holistic modalities. This breadth of experience has shaped her belief that meaningful support, experienced guidance, and ongoing personal growth are essential to living with intentionality—creating a ripple effect of well-being for both the individual and the community.
As Clinical Director of Mindfully Well PLLC, her mission is to help individuals live with greater intention. She is known for guiding meaningful transformation—supporting individuals in gaining clarity, aligning with their values, and creating purposeful, sustainable change.
Deborah Vege
Deborah Vege LCSW, CADC is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Illinois. She is a graduate of Northeastern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s in Social Work and from Dominican University with a Masters in Social Work.
Her experience includes working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. She utilizes a variety of approaches including strength-based, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Deborah has experience working with addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, and other behavioral challenges. She provides a relaxed atmosphere where individuals feel safe to express themselves fully.
Prudence Rehm
Prudence Rehm is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 11 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across school, clinical, home, and community settings. She earned her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School and has extensive experience helping individuals overcome behavioral, developmental, emotional, and learning challenges. Prudence is passionate about empowering others through a compassionate, strengths-based approach that supports meaningful growth and success.
