The Mindfully Well Method

Honoring the Whole Person

Our passion is to empower individuals by creating accessible pathways for healing, learning, and self-development. We do this through compassionate clinical care, skills-based groups, educational workshops, and community wellness initiatives.

We blend evidence-based psychotherapy with mindfulness, somatic practices, and holistic wellness modalities to support personal growth, resilience, and authentic living.

We meet you where you are, collaborate on how to move forward, and support sustainable change—mentally, emotionally, and physically.

Rooted in the belief that healing happens through the mind, body, and spirit, our approach integrates modern neuroscience with ancient somatic and mindfulness-based traditions. Our services support clinical mental health, nervous system regulation, skill-building, and lifestyle wellness so that growth continues beyond the session.

We empower individuals with the tools, insight, and embodied practices needed to cultivate resilience, clarity, and emotional well-being through integrative care that honors the whole person.

Meet Allie

Mindfully Well PLLC was founded by Allie Booth, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, educator, and integrative wellness practitioner with over two decades of experience in behavioral health. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from DePaul University and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology. Her work spans hospitals, community organizations, and both nonprofit and for-profit settings—locally and internationally, including underserved regions.

Throughout her career, Allie has pursued advanced training across diverse disciplines, integrating evidence-based therapies with complementary and holistic modalities. This breadth of experience has shaped her belief that meaningful support, experienced guidance, and ongoing personal growth are essential to living with intentionality—creating a ripple effect of well-being for both the individual and the community.

As Clinical Director of Mindfully Well PLLC, her mission is to help individuals live with greater intention. She is known for guiding meaningful transformation—supporting individuals in gaining clarity, aligning with their values, and creating purposeful, sustainable change.

In addition to her clinical work, Allie founded AllyU Organization NFP, a nonprofit dedicated to mental health advocacy, education, and community-based support.

Her approach is grounded in compassion, mindfulness, and structured, solution-focused care. A Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with trained Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Reiki Master, Advocate, and creative thought leader, Allie works alongside a team of integrative practitioners to support individuals in achieving clarity, balance, and alignment with the life they envision.
