Executive Functioning coaching provides structured, individualized support to develop the cognitive and behavioral skills necessary for effective daily functioning.

Adolescents and adults experiencing challenges with organization, planning, time management, task initiation, or emotional regulation, including those with executive dysfunction or ADHD may benefit from Executive Functioning coaching.

What to Expect

Sessions are 50 minutes and goal-oriented, focusing on identifying areas of difficulty and implementing evidence-informed strategies. Clients engage in structured skill-building, problem-solving, and real-world application to improve consistency and independence. We focus on the following skills:

Individual 50-minute sessions: $150

Four sessions: $575

 

Meet Your Coach: Prudence Rehm, M.S., BCBA

Executive Functioning Coach | Parent Coach | Behavioral & Academic Success Specialist

 

Prudence brings more than 11 years of experience helping children, teens, adults, and families build the skills needed to thrive at home, in school, and in everyday life. She earned her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with extensive experience across educational, clinical, home, and community settings.

Throughout her career, Prudence has worked with individuals facing a wide range of academic, behavioral, developmental, emotional, and executive functioning challenges. Her background includes serving as a BCBA in both clinical and school-based environments, including supporting students from preschool through high school. Most recently, she spent two years in a suburban high school helping students overcome barriers related to organization, time management, motivation, emotional regulation, self-advocacy, and academic performance.

Prudence is passionate about empowering teens, young adults, and parents with practical, evidence-based strategies that create meaningful and lasting change. She specializes in helping individuals strengthen executive functioning skills such as planning, organization, task initiation, follow-through, study habits, prioritization, problem-solving, and independence. She also works closely with parents to develop effective support strategies that foster confidence, accountability, and success at home and school.

Known for her warm, collaborative, and strengths-based approach, Prudence believes that every individual possesses unique abilities that can be leveraged to overcome challenges and reach their goals. She creates a supportive and encouraging environment where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to grow. Her coaching combines practical skill-building with compassionate guidance, helping clients move from feeling overwhelmed and stuck to becoming more confident, capable, and independent.

In addition to her direct work with clients and families, Prudence provides supervision and mentorship to professionals pursuing BCBA certification, reflecting her commitment to education, leadership, and helping others achieve their full potential.

Prudence’s goal is simple: to help individuals and families develop practical skills, greater confidence, and sustainable strategies that lead to long-term success in school, work, and daily life.

We also offer weekly Executive Functioning skills groups for Teens age 13-17 and for Adults.
