Group Therapy

Group Work at Mindfully Well offers a powerful, evidence-based path for healing and personal growth. Participants come together to build skills, increase self-awareness, practice new behaviors, and experience meaningful connection with others facing similar challenges.

Our groups integrate behavioral health science, mindfulness, skills training, and whole-person wellness approaches. Each group is structured, intentional, and guided by a trained clinician or qualified facilitator.

Groups can be used as a stand-alone support or alongside individual therapy to accelerate progress and reinforce change.

Skills Based Groups

Structured groups that teach practical coping and life skills such as emotional regulation, anxiety management, communication, or executive functioning.

Process Groups

Support Groups

Connection-centered groups for people with shared experiences (such as grief, stress, or life transitions) focused on encouragement and mutual support.

Psychoeducational Groups

Teaching-oriented groups that explain mental health, behavior patterns, and brain-based concepts, paired with practical application.

Integrative Wellness Groups

Mind–body focused groups that include mindfulness, somatic practices, and holistic coping approaches alongside behavioral tools
