Figuring it Out: A 6-Week Group for Young Adults Ages 18–29

There’s a lot of pressure in your 20s to know what you’re doing—but what if you don’t?
Figuring It Out is a supportive group for young adults who are navigating the uncertainty of what comes next. Maybe you’re in school and questioning your direction, looking for work, living at home, trying to become more independent, feeling stuck, or simply unsure of what you want right now.
This group offers a space to connect with other young adults who may be asking some of the same questions. Together, we’ll talk honestly about the realities of becoming an adult today while exploring identity, interests, expectations, relationships, work and school, independence, and what a meaningful life might look like for you.
Rather than expecting you to have a plan, we’ll focus on curiosity and self-discovery—getting to know yourself better, noticing what may be keeping you stuck, exploring possibilities, and identifying small changes or experiences you can try.
You don’t need to figure out your entire future. Sometimes the next step is simply beginning to explore.
Over 6 weeks, we’ll explore:
- Where you are right now
- Who you are and what matters to you
- Expectations, comparison and feeling “behind”
- What may be keeping you stuck
- Work, school, relationships and independence
- Possibilities you may not have considered
- Small, realistic ways to start moving forward
No life plan required. Just a willingness to explore.
