Intentional Transformation Experience

The Intentional Transformation Program is designed to bridge that gap.
This one-day immersive 6-hour experience offers guided time to step out of your day-to-day patterns and take a deeper, more intentional look at your life. Through a mindfully grounded, psychoeducational, and skills-based approach, you will gain insight, direction, and practical tools to help you move forward with greater clarity and purpose.
This is not therapy but it is a powerful complement to the work you are already doing.
If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward or if you are currently in therapy and want more in depth support and momentum between sessions, The Intentional Transformation Program can help. This program is also beneficial to those navigating a life transition such as career, relationships, identity, or health. You will be successful with this one day workshop if you have a desire to live more intentionally, rather than reactively and are motivated to actively engage in self-reflection and growth.
What to Expect
The in-person small group workshop is led by a licensed clinical professional counselor. It includes guided exercises, reflection, skill-building, and planning. You will leave with the following:

- Increased confidence in decision making and your ability to move forward
- Tools to manage emotions, stress, and daily challenges more effectively

This experience is not therapy, crisis support, or a higher level of care. Participants must be stable, supported, and engaged in ongoing therapeutic care.
The program is designed for those who are ready to move beyond insight and begin actively creating change. It offers the time, space, and structure to pause, reflect, and realign—while identifying clear, actionable next steps to help you move forward with intention, clarity, and confidence.
