
Walking Meditation at Heller Nature Center
Thursdays at Noon | 45–60 minutes | All Levels Welcome / No Experience Needed
Take a mindful break in the middle of your day and step into nature. Join us at Heller Nature Center for a guided walking meditation designed to bring you back to yourself, connect with nature, and help you feel more grounded and present.
Sessions will begin with a short meet-and-greet and a chance to set your intention for the practice. From there, you’ll be gently guided through a walking meditation along Heller’s scenic trails, cultivating awareness of your breath, body, and the natural world with each step.

Maureen Zwierzynski, known as Mother Lotus, is an intuitive guide and teacher who draws on over 12 years as a yoga and meditation instructor and a decade as a life coach and reiki practitioner. Once rooted in the corporate world, she healed her own burnout and now specializes in guiding others through life transitions with balance and purpose. Weaving Earth-wisdom traditions and mindfulness into her retreats, circles, and ceremonies, she creates sacred spaces that ground, heal, and awaken the soul.
