Taoist QiGong – Kidney/Urinary Bladder

Workshop: Six Healing Sounds – Taoist Techniques for Balancing Chi
Discover the ancient Taoist practice of the Six Healing Sounds, a gentle yet powerful method to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, this practice uses specific sounds, movements, and breathwork to release stagnant energy, balance emotions, and restore the natural flow of chi (life force energy).
In this workshop, you will:
- Learn each of the six sounds and their connection to vital organs (lungs, kidneys, liver, heart, spleen, and triple warmer).
- Explore how sound vibration helps clear emotional imbalances such as stress, anger, fear, sadness, and worry.
- Practice simple movements and guided breathing that can be used daily to promote vitality and relaxation.
- Experience a meditative flow that leaves you grounded, energized, and more deeply connected to yourself.
No prior experience is needed—this practice is accessible for all levels of wellness seekers. Come as you are and leave with a powerful tool to support emotional balance, inner peace, and overall well-being.
