Herbal Tinctures Workshop for Focus and Clarity

February 25 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
$35.00

Join us for a hands-on, educational workshop where we explore how to create herbal tinctures specifically formulated to support focus, mental clarity, and cognitive balance. This workshop blends practical herbal education with experiential learning, making it accessible for beginners while still rich in depth for those familiar with herbal wellness.

It is perfect for anyone interested in natural approaches to focus and mental clarity, wellness enthusiasts, and individuals who are curious about herbal medicine and DIY wellness practices.

You will learn:

  • What herbal tinctures are and how they work in the body
  • How to properly select, prepare, and extract herbs for focus and clarity
  • Which herbs are traditionally and empirically used to support concentration, mental stamina, and cognitive calm
  • Safe use considerations, storage, and dosing basics

Make & Take Home

Each participant will create their own personalized tincture during the workshop to take home, along with clear instructions on how to continue the extraction process and use it safely.

This workshop is designed to empower participants with practical skills and foundational herbal knowledge. No prior herbal experience is required. Come learn, connect, and leave with both knowledge and a tincture crafted by you.
