SUMMARY:Figuring it Out: A 6-Week Group for Young Adults Ages 18–29
DESCRIPTION:There’s a lot of pressure in your 20s to know what you’re doing—but what if you don’t? \nFiguring It Out is a supportive group for young adults who are navigating the uncertainty of what comes next. Maybe you’re in school and questioning your direction\, looking for work\, living at home\, trying to become more independent\, feeling stuck\, or simply unsure of what you want right now. \nThis group offers a space to connect with other young adults who may be asking some of the same questions. Together\, we’ll talk honestly about the realities of becoming an adult today while exploring identity\, interests\, expectations\, relationships\, work and school\, independence\, and what a meaningful life might look like for you. \nRather than expecting you to have a plan\, we’ll focus on curiosity and self-discovery—getting to know yourself better\, noticing what may be keeping you stuck\, exploring possibilities\, and identifying small changes or experiences you can try. \nYou don’t need to figure out your entire future. Sometimes the next step is simply beginning to explore. \nOver 6 weeks\, we’ll explore: \n\nWhere you are right now\nWho you are and what matters to you\nExpectations\, comparison and feeling “behind”\nWhat may be keeping you stuck\nWork\, school\, relationships and independence\nPossibilities you may not have considered\nSmall\, realistic ways to start moving forward\n\nNo life plan required. Just a willingness to explore. \nFacilitator: Allie Booth\, MA\, LCPC

SUMMARY:The Life Reset
DESCRIPTION:Rethink. Rediscover. Rebuild.\nSometimes life doesn’t need a complete overhaul. It needs a reset. \nOver time\, responsibilities grow\, roles change\, expectations accumulate\, and life can become more about keeping up with what needs to be done than intentionally considering how we want to live. We adapt\, manage\, and move from one thing to the next—often without stopping long enough to ask: Does the way I’m living still work for me? \nThe Life Reset is a three-part guided personal-growth workshop designed to create that pause. \nThrough reflection\, interactive exercises\, meaningful conversation\, and practical tools\, you’ll take an intentional look at where you are now and what you’re carrying. You’ll examine what matters to you at this stage of your life and where small\, realistic changes could make a meaningful difference. \nThis isn’t about fixing yourself\, reinventing your life\, or walking away with an unrealistic list of things you need to change. It’s about becoming more aware of how you’re living\, reconnecting with what matters\, and making thoughtful choices about what comes next. \nWho is The Life Reset for?\nThe Life Reset is for adults who are generally managing their day-to-day lives but recognize that they could benefit from stepping out of the routine and taking a closer look at how life is working for them. \nYou might relate if you: \n\nSpend much of your time responding to responsibilities and other people’s needs\nFeel like you’re constantly doing\, planning\, remembering\, or managing\nHave accumulated roles and expectations without stopping to question whether they still fit\nFeel stretched across work\, family\, relationships\, caregiving\, home\, or other responsibilities\nHave difficulty identifying what you want outside of what needs to get done.\nFeel that parts of your life are working well while others could use some adjustment\nAre entering a new stage of life or simply wondering\, “What do I want now?”\nDon’t necessarily want to change everything—you just want the opportunity to intentionally reassess\n\nYou don’t need to be in crisis or deeply unhappy with your life to benefit from a reset. Sometimes things are going reasonably well\, but you’ve been moving so quickly through life that you haven’t stopped to consider whether the way you’re spending your time\, energy\, and attention still reflects what matters to you. \nThe Three-Part Reset\nRETHINK\nWhere am I and what am I carrying? \nThe goal: Awareness without judgment. \nREDISCOVER\nWho am I now and what matters to me? \nThe goal: Clarity without expectation. \nREBUILD\nHow do I move from where I am toward where I want to be? \nThe goal: Meaningful change without overwhelm. \nWhat The Life Reset Is Not\nThe Life Reset is not about creating the “perfect life.” It’s not another productivity program designed to help you fit even more into your schedule. It’s not about telling you what your priorities should be. And it’s not about changing your entire life in a few hours. \nInstead\, it’s an opportunity to pause long enough to notice\, question\, rediscover\, and intentionally choose. You may discover that something needs to change. You may also discover that parts of your life are exactly where you want them to be. Both are valuable. You don’t need a whole new life. Sometimes you just need enough space to see the one you’re living more clearly. \n$150 for 3 week series \nFacilitator: Allie Booth\, MA\, LCPC

SUMMARY:The Life Reset (December Series)
