The workshop is also appropriate if you just want to start off the new year with a guided purpose.  \nThis is designed for people who are ready to intentionally rebuild and move forward. The integrative workshop blends evidence-based psychoeducation\, self-discovery\, mindfulness practices\, and all Dimensions of Wellness to support whole-person healing. \nParticipants gain clarity on their current life perspective\, identify areas of growth\, and leave with a personalized six month plan aligned with their values and goals. You’ll gain insight into where you are now\, clarify what you want next\, and create a meaningful and sustainable plan to move forward with intention.  \nThe workshop will run from 9:00am-4:00pm with a 30 minute lunch break.
