SUMMARY:Intentional Transformation Intensive
DESCRIPTION:The Intentional Transformation Intensive is designed for people who want more than weekly therapy\, but don’t need or want a traditional treatment program. This program isn’t about fixing what’s wrong.  It’s about creating momentum during a meaningful transition. \nAnyone who is navigating life transitions (career changes\, relationship shifts\, identity changes\, burnout\, or “what’s next” moments) can benefit from the Intentional Transformation one-day Intensive. If you know you want something different but can’t yet see the path\, we can help you with a reset\, a pause\, or a recalibration. \nWeekly sessions can be helpful\, but during transitions\, spacing work too far apart can slow momentum. This intensive format creates a contained space to practice skills repeatedly\, integrate insights quickly\, and build confidence through action. It’s not about doing more. It’s about doing the right things\, with support\, at the right time. When life changes\, support should change too. This program offers a steady bridge from where you are to where you’re ready to go. \nThe workshop includes guided reflection\, skills practice\, and structured planning. Participants leave with a clear 30–90 day plan outlining priorities\, routines\, and intentional next steps.

SUMMARY:Step Down Intensive Program
DESCRIPTION:Bridging the transition from intensive treatment to independent stability\nCompleting an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is an important step in recovery and personal growth. However\, the transition back to everyday life can be challenging. The structure and support that helped stabilize progress are no longer as frequent\, and weekly therapy alone may not feel like enough. \nTransitions in care are often where people struggle most—not because they lack skills\, but because the structure that supported those skills has changed. This program provides the space to practice\, strengthen\, and integrate those skills\, helping participants move forward with greater confidence and stability. \nThe Step-Down Intensive Program provides continued support during the transition from an IOP. This short-term program helps participants strengthen the skills learned in treatment\, apply them to real-life situations\, and build confidence in maintaining progress. \nRather than returning to a higher level of care\, we offer a bridge between intensive treatment and independent living\, helping participants maintain momentum while gradually increasing autonomy. The added structure accelerates progress by creating space to practice skills\, receive feedback\, and refine what works—before challenges escalate. Participants are encouraged to continue working with their existing therapist during the program. \nThis one week program meets on Tuesday\, Wednesday\, and Thursday\n9:00 AM – 12:00 PM \nAreas of focus include the following: \n\nRefresh and apply IOP skills in real-life situations\nBuild sustainable routines that support mental health\nPractice executive functioning skills to achieve goals\nIdentify triggers\, early warning signs\, and stress patterns\nStrengthen mindfulness and nervous system regulation\nIncrease confidence\, autonomy\, and follow-through\nReduce the risk of relapse through intentional support and practice\n\nParticipants leave the program with a personalized 30–90 day stabilization and growth plan that includes: \n\nDaily routines that support mental health\nPersonal goals and priorities\nSkill practices for emotional regulation\nStrategies for managing stress and preventing setbacks\n\nThis plan provides a clear roadmap for maintaining progress after the program ends. \n  \n

SUMMARY:The Life Reset
DESCRIPTION:Rethink. Rediscover. Rebuild.\nSometimes life doesn’t need a complete overhaul. It needs a reset. \nOver time\, responsibilities grow\, roles change\, expectations accumulate\, and life can become more about keeping up with what needs to be done than intentionally considering how we want to live. We adapt\, manage\, and move from one thing to the next—often without stopping long enough to ask: Does the way I’m living still work for me? \nThe Life Reset is a three-part guided personal-growth workshop designed to create that pause. \nThrough reflection\, interactive exercises\, meaningful conversation\, and practical tools\, you’ll take an intentional look at where you are now and what you’re carrying. You’ll examine what matters to you at this stage of your life and where small\, realistic changes could make a meaningful difference. \nThis isn’t about fixing yourself\, reinventing your life\, or walking away with an unrealistic list of things you need to change. It’s about becoming more aware of how you’re living\, reconnecting with what matters\, and making thoughtful choices about what comes next. \nWho is The Life Reset for?\nThe Life Reset is for adults who are generally managing their day-to-day lives but recognize that they could benefit from stepping out of the routine and taking a closer look at how life is working for them. \nYou might relate if you: \n\nSpend much of your time responding to responsibilities and other people’s needs\nFeel like you’re constantly doing\, planning\, remembering\, or managing\nHave accumulated roles and expectations without stopping to question whether they still fit\nFeel stretched across work\, family\, relationships\, caregiving\, home\, or other responsibilities\nHave difficulty identifying what you want outside of what needs to get done.\nFeel that parts of your life are working well while others could use some adjustment\nAre entering a new stage of life or simply wondering\, “What do I want now?”\nDon’t necessarily want to change everything—you just want the opportunity to intentionally reassess\n\nYou don’t need to be in crisis or deeply unhappy with your life to benefit from a reset. Sometimes things are going reasonably well\, but you’ve been moving so quickly through life that you haven’t stopped to consider whether the way you’re spending your time\, energy\, and attention still reflects what matters to you. \nThe Three-Part Reset\nRETHINK\nWhere am I and what am I carrying? \nThe goal: Awareness without judgment. \nREDISCOVER\nWho am I now and what matters to me? \nThe goal: Clarity without expectation. \nREBUILD\nHow do I move from where I am toward where I want to be? \nThe goal: Meaningful change without overwhelm. \nWhat The Life Reset Is Not\nThe Life Reset is not about creating the “perfect life.” It’s not another productivity program designed to help you fit even more into your schedule. It’s not about telling you what your priorities should be. And it’s not about changing your entire life in a few hours. \nInstead\, it’s an opportunity to pause long enough to notice\, question\, rediscover\, and intentionally choose. You may discover that something needs to change. You may also discover that parts of your life are exactly where you want them to be. Both are valuable. You don’t need a whole new life. Sometimes you just need enough space to see the one you’re living more clearly. \n$150 for 3 week series
