SUMMARY:Executive Functioning Skills Group for Teens Ages 13–17
DESCRIPTION:Build skills. Reduce overwhelm. Gain confidence.\n\nMany teens struggle with organization\, time management\, emotional regulation\, and follow-through. The struggle is increasingly difficult in today’s fast-paced\, high-expectation world. This weekly executive functioning skills group for teens provides a supportive and structured environment to learn skills that make school\, home life\, and relationships feel more manageable. \nThrough guided discussion\, practical tools\, and peer connection\, teens will learn how their brains work and why certain tasks feel so challenging. They will also learn strategies that actually help. The group emphasizes skill-building\, self-awareness\, and confidence without shame or pressure. Participants will gain tools to reduce procrastination and overwhelm\, in addition to stronger emotional regulation and stress management. \nEach session offers practical strategies teens can use immediately\, along with accountability and encouragement from peers who are navigating similar challenges.  \n  \nThis group is facilitated by Bianca\, an Executive Function and Parenting Coach with a background in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy. Bianca brings a neurodiversity-affirming approach that emphasizes safety\, connection\, and practical skill development. Her work helps teens feel understood\, capable\, and supported while learning executive functioning strategies they can apply in school and daily life. \n

SUMMARY:Step Down Intensive Program
DESCRIPTION:Bridging the transition from intensive treatment to independent stability\nCompleting an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is an important step in recovery and personal growth. However\, the transition back to everyday life can be challenging. The structure and support that helped stabilize progress are no longer as frequent\, and weekly therapy alone may not feel like enough. \nTransitions in care are often where people struggle most—not because they lack skills\, but because the structure that supported those skills has changed. This program provides the space to practice\, strengthen\, and integrate those skills\, helping participants move forward with greater confidence and stability. \nThe Step-Down Intensive Program provides continued support during the transition from an IOP. This short-term program helps participants strengthen the skills learned in treatment\, apply them to real-life situations\, and build confidence in maintaining progress. \nRather than returning to a higher level of care\, we offer a bridge between intensive treatment and independent living\, helping participants maintain momentum while gradually increasing autonomy. The added structure accelerates progress by creating space to practice skills\, receive feedback\, and refine what works—before challenges escalate. Participants are encouraged to continue working with their existing therapist during the program. \nThis one week program meets on Tuesday\, Wednesday\, and Thursday\n9:00 AM – 12:00 PM \nAreas of focus include the following: \n\nRefresh and apply IOP skills in real-life situations\nBuild sustainable routines that support mental health\nPractice executive functioning skills to achieve goals\nIdentify triggers\, early warning signs\, and stress patterns\nStrengthen mindfulness and nervous system regulation\nIncrease confidence\, autonomy\, and follow-through\nReduce the risk of relapse through intentional support and practice\n\nParticipants leave the program with a personalized 30–90 day stabilization and growth plan that includes: \n\nDaily routines that support mental health\nPersonal goals and priorities\nSkill practices for emotional regulation\nStrategies for managing stress and preventing setbacks\n\nThis plan provides a clear roadmap for maintaining progress after the program ends. \n  \n

SUMMARY:Intentional Transformation Intensive
DESCRIPTION:The Intentional Transformation Intensive is designed for people who want more than weekly therapy\, but don’t need or want a traditional treatment program. This program isn’t about fixing what’s wrong.  It’s about creating momentum during a meaningful transition. \nAnyone who is navigating life transitions (career changes\, relationship shifts\, identity changes\, burnout\, or “what’s next” moments) can benefit from the Intentional Transformation one-day Intensive. If you know you want something different but can’t yet see the path\, we can help you with a reset\, a pause\, or a recalibration. \nWeekly sessions can be helpful\, but during transitions\, spacing work too far apart can slow momentum. This intensive format creates a contained space to practice skills repeatedly\, integrate insights quickly\, and build confidence through action. It’s not about doing more. It’s about doing the right things\, with support\, at the right time. When life changes\, support should change too. This program offers a steady bridge from where you are to where you’re ready to go. \nThe workshop includes guided reflection\, skills practice\, and structured planning. Participants leave with a clear 30–90 day plan outlining priorities\, routines\, and intentional next steps.
