Participants will gain tools to reduce procrastination and overwhelm\, in addition to stronger emotional regulation and stress management. \nEach session offers practical strategies teens can use immediately\, along with accountability and encouragement from peers who are navigating similar challenges.  \n  \nThis group is facilitated by Bianca\, an Executive Function and Parenting Coach with a background in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy. Bianca brings a neurodiversity-affirming approach that emphasizes safety\, connection\, and practical skill development.
